Store purchases

Because Store products (sample packs, presets, MIDI, templates) are downloadable digital files, all sales are final once the download has been made available to you, except where the file is faulty, corrupted, or materially different from its listing, contact us and we'll fix it or refund it.

Services (Mix & Master, Ghost Production, Music Production)

Services are paid in two parts: 50% to start (the deposit) and 50% when the final files are ready. For a fixed-price Mix & Master, the deposit is paid when you place the request.

• Before you pay the deposit, you can cancel at no cost.
• If you cancel after paying the deposit but before your Provider has started working (and before any demo), we refund 100% of what you paid automatically.
• Once your Provider has started working or delivered a demo, a cancellation isn't refunded automatically, because work has been done. Your request is paused and our team contacts you by email to see if there's anything we can do (a fix, a discount…). If we don't hear from you within 7 days, the request is cancelled, the amount you paid isn't refunded and the Provider is paid for their work. In some cases our team may agree a partial refund with you.
• The revisions included in the quote are free. An extra revision is paid separately, at the price shown before you pay, and isn't refundable once paid.
• The final payment unlocks the final file (a ZIP). You'll see it in your request before paying, but you can only download it once you've paid; after that, the final payment isn't refundable. Listen to the demo and ask for changes before you approve.
• If we can't deliver a service you've paid for, we refund what you paid.
• We keep a project's files for 30 days after it's completed or cancelled, then delete them. We'll remind you before; download them in time.
• Before each service payment we ask you to confirm these conditions, and we keep a record of that confirmation.

Academy subscriptions

You can cancel your Basic or Premium subscription at any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Separately, the platform offers a full refund of a subscription payment within its refund window (15 days of that payment), on request. There are no partial or pro-rata refunds for subscriptions.

• Subscription refunds are always a full refund of the payment, never a partial amount.
• We don't pro-rate for unused days within a billing period.
• Requests must reach us within 15 days of the payment you want refunded.
• After the window closes, a refund under this policy is no longer available, though we may still act where required by law.

Mentorship credits

Mentorship credits (bought individually or as a pack) can be refunded in full within 15 days of purchase, but only while none of that purchase’s credits have been used.

• Credit-pack refunds are always a full refund of what you paid for that pack, never a partial amount.
• The refund is only available while every credit from that purchase is still unused.
• A credit that has already been used to book a private session is not refundable, even if the session hasn’t happened yet.
• Free or promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

Card disputes and chargebacks

A chargeback (opening a dispute with your card issuer) is not the same as requesting a refund from us, and is handled as a separate process. You may not be entitled to a refund under this policy and still be able to raise a dispute with your bank; likewise, opening a dispute doesn't change what this policy allows. We reconcile disputes independently of voluntary refunds.

For services, if you open a dispute, we send your bank the project record: the conditions you accepted before paying, the date of each delivery, the messages and the downloads.
