1. Who we are

Bounce The Mix ("we", "us") operates this website and the services offered on it: a digital Store of sample packs, presets, MIDI files and project templates; production Services (Mix & Master, Ghost Production, Music Production); and the Academy, a mentor-led subscription learning platform. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to create an account or make a purchase.

3. Store purchases & licensing

Store products (sample packs, presets, MIDI, templates) are sold as digital downloads under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own music productions, including commercial releases, unless a specific product states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the files themselves, individually or as part of another sample pack, preset pack, or template product.

4. Services (Mix & Master, Ghost Production, Music Production)

Services are carried out by specialists ("Providers") through the Bounce The Mix platform, based on the brief and the links to files you provide.

• Requests without a fixed price get a quote with the price, the turnaround and the included revisions. Payment is made in two parts: 50% to start and 50% when the final files are ready.
• There's always a demo to approve before the final files. The revisions included in the quote are free; further ones are paid at the price shown before payment.
• The final files can only be downloaded after the final payment. Until then, you can listen to a watermarked preview.
• Each project's files (demos, final files and chat attachments) are deleted 30 days after the project is completed or cancelled. You're told beforehand.
• All communication with the Provider happens in the platform's chat. Sharing personal contact details or arranging payments outside the platform isn't allowed.
• Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership and usage rights to the delivered work are defined per service and confirmed with you before the delivery is considered final.

5. Academy subscriptions

Academy plans (Basic, Premium) are recurring monthly subscriptions that grant streaming access to course content for as long as your subscription is active, plus, on the Premium plan, a monthly 1-to-1 mentor call. Academy content is licensed for streaming and personal learning only, course videos are not available for download, and may not be recorded, redistributed, or shared outside your own account.
