What a credit is
One credit is one private session. Buy them one at a time or in cheaper packs. They never expire, so a credit you buy today is still good months from now.
What a session is
A 2-hour live video call — just you and one mentor — about your own music. Bring a mix, a rough idea, or a specific question and get direct, personal feedback. It runs on the platform; nothing to install.
How you book
From your dashboard, pick any mentor and an open time in their calendar. It's confirmed instantly — no approval step. You get a calendar invite and a link to join.
Premium session vs credit session
It's the same session either way. Premium includes one a month in the plan; with credits you pay per session and can book as many as you like, with any mentor.

If something goes wrong
If a mentor doesn't show, or you cancel at least 24h before, your credit comes straight back and you can rebook. A credit purchase is fully refundable within 15 days as long as none of its credits have been used.
