How do I get access to what I bought?

Digital products are delivered instantly — you'll find them on your Downloads page right after payment is confirmed.

What payment methods can I use?

Checkout is powered by Stripe and shows whichever methods are available for your card, country, and device — cards, plus fast options like Apple Pay or Google Pay when eligible.

Are sample packs and files available right away?

Yes — every Store purchase unlocks instant digital delivery, no waiting.

What's the difference between Basic and Premium?

Both give you access to the Academy's courses. Premium also includes a monthly private session with a mentor — compare plans on the Academy page.

Do I need a subscription for a private mentor session?

No — Premium includes one per month, and anyone can buy mentorship credits to book a session without any subscription.

What is a mentorship credit?

One credit lets you book one private 2-hour video call with any mentor — just you and them. Credits are sold individually or in cheaper packs and don't expire.

How do I book after buying?

Go to Dashboard → Sessions, pick a mentor and an open time. Your credit is spent when the booking is confirmed.

Can I get a refund?

A credit purchase is fully refundable within 15 days as long as none of its credits have been used. Once a credit is used to book a session it can't be refunded, even before the session happens.

What if I cancel or the mentor doesn't show?

Cancel at least 24h before, or if the mentor doesn't show, and your credit is returned automatically so you can rebook.

How do I book a session with a mentor?

Premium members can book their monthly private session from their dashboard.

How does the mentor referral link work?

Each mentor has a personal /r/ link. If someone subscribes to the Academy through it, that mentor earns a recurring commission on each payment, for as long as the subscription keeps paying.

When do mentors get paid, and what's the share on credit sessions?

Commissions sit in a 15-day hold, then become available to withdraw to the mentor's bank via Stripe. For a credit-paid session, the mentor earns a set share (currently 80%) of the credit's value once the session is completed.
